Chef Frank Burell has drawn on a lifetimes experience (and he’s no spring chicken!) to showcase his culinary expertise, sourcing of fine ,local ingredients, team leadership and his ingenuity for menu planning and organisation. We have very long and very loyal working partnerships with our suppliers, and with six daily deliveries every week we are able to offer the freshest fish, seafood, meat and vegetables available.
