Our aim at Jacques is to offer a truly cosy, welcoming pub experience in our bar area. While separate from our restaurant, Jacques remains a big part of our family and is very much at the heart of the pub. It’s a relaxed space where locals and visitors alike can unwind and enjoy a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, as well as soft and hot drinks.

Whether you’re simply popping in for a quick drink, meeting friends for a casual catch-up, or settling down to enjoy a snack or meal from our menu, you’ll always find a warm welcome here. We’re proud to be a dog-friendly bar too, allowing well-behaved dogs, so it’s the perfect stop during your daily dog walk.

Open every day from 12 noon, Jacques is ideal for a light lunch, a freshly made sandwich, or a few leisurely drinks in “your local.” However you choose to spend your time with us, we’d love you to come and join us and become part of the Jacques community.
